Established in 1967 with a social purpose and continuing the wider philanthropic legacy of the housing pioneer, Sir John Mactaggart, Grove End Housing is an active investor and landlord in St John’s Wood (NW8) with a portfolio of over 430 flats divided between two mansion blocks, Grove End Gardens and Grove End House. With an entrepreneurial outlook and a disciplined and prudent approach to its business it dedicates its surpluses, firstly to ensure its financial robustness for the security of its tenants and leaseholders and secondly in making a valued contribution towards the provision of housing accommodation for those in London and elsewhere.
